Spencer graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis and a Certificate in Product Management. Before joining Capita, he worked in product management, operations, analytics, and internal tool development, most recently building tools and workflow systems for a human services organization in Utah. As Capita’s Business Intelligence Lead, he focuses on data analytics, AI implementation, and identifying practical ways to improve internal processes. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife, Tayler, and their son, Robbie, traveling, going to the gym, following Utah sports, and keeping up with emerging technology.
