Since joining Capita in 2016, Kelsey has played a key role in shaping the firm’s client experience by building the new business and client services departments from the ground up. As Director of Financial Services, she leads the team that ensures every Capita client receives thoughtful, efficient support. As a Utah native, Kelsey enjoys spending time in the mountains and traveling with her husband, son, and two dogs.
